Everyone knows that fitness is good for you, but at Strong Fitness, I like to make it fun and interesting, too! You have access to a variety of equipment used in class formats that vary each day. Your muscles and mind will be constantly challenged, and you'll never be bored. Each workout can be easily adapted to wherever you are in your fitness life. I'll make sure of that as I keep track of you and your progress. You just come to class prepared to be challenged, and have fun working out with your group of 5 as you strive toward that next goal!

MEET OUR TEAM

Kelly became certified to teach group fitness classes in 2005, and became a Personal Trainer through NETA in 2010. She taught a variety of class formats and sizes, but the most effective one she found is the Small Group Personal Training format which is found here at Strong Fitness Studio. Come check it out for yourself!

Tavi first came to the studio as a member. She loved the training format and community so much she decided to join the team as a trainer in October of 2025. As a former nurse, she has a deep understanding of biomechanics and function which she uses to help clients have their best form in class.
Tavi fits the Studio brand perfectly as a quality trainer who both challenges and encourages clients and
keeps them coming back for more workouts, more growth, and more success!
